BUSINESS CONTINUITY POLICY
For the company ORIONAS S.A., it is essential to maintain its ability to provide its services without interruption under any circumstances. To achieve this, it is the Company's policy to ensure the continuation of its critical activities and their effective recovery after a disruptive incident or a natural disaster.
At the company ORIONAS S.A., a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System has been developed and is applied in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 22301:2019. Within this System, risks and threats are continuously and systematically identified and their impacts assessed, so that an effective response and recovery can be planned and tested in advance.
To achieve this, the following have been developed:
- Business Impact Analysis Study
- Risk Assessment
- Business Continuity Plans
- Business Continuity Procedures
which cover all the Company's critical activities and are reviewed and updated at regular intervals so that their content accurately reflects the current situation.
The Business Continuity Plans are tested at regular intervals through readiness exercises, to ensure that they will be activated successfully in emergency situations and that the Company and its employees understand how to apply them, as well as their roles and responsibilities.
The Company's Management is committed to the continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management System, through the provision of the necessary resources, setting as its priorities, in the event of disruptive incidents:
- the safety of employees and premises
- the continuation of the operation of critical activities
- the restoration of operations within the set time limits
